Welcome to our World
In 2004 we opened a love story and began
our journey with the beautiful Alaskan Malamute. A very special breed designed for power and strength with very hard working people and dedicated handlers.
Malouse (Bassbarr Kamila), our oldest lady came home in January 2005 and with her help our hearts opened along with the flood gates and thats when the fun began. Cherdene Kennels in Durham started our dreams and have continued to support our journey in turning our small family kennel into something that we and Ireland are proud of.
The journey has many a twist and turn, many a tear and tantrum but most of all an exciting and rewarding journey of fun and laughter.
Our excitement and passion has got bigger with the determination to prove our Malamutes are not just pets but of Champion quality. We have been giving great support and we have the best show teams helping us build our own team and more than happy with our success.
Shadow joined his litter sister with us in May 2009. He is a loving boy, very well mannered and with an excellent temperment. Proved to be confident and very relaxed at his first show, winning his class and recieving alot of attention. Going on very quickly to win Best Of Breed and placed in the Group Final at his second show, we are all excited about his future here in Northern Ireland.

In 2009 we had to move house to accommodate the Malamutes as our pack was growing and the space was getting small. We now live in the country and our pack is even bigger and we have our space. Brian Lyons from Beechview Kennel Runs supplied us with the perfect housing for the Malamutes were they are safe, secure, comfortable and can have fun.
We are now settled in Kianna Valley and this is where the serious fun begins! A lot has changed over the years, from owning a nice sports car to driving a big vehicle for the Malamutes to travel in. We used to live in a trendy bachelor pad with just enough room to call home, and now we have taken on a huge commitment living in a wonderful house with more land and beautiful scenery. Our commitment to the Malamute’s has changed our lifestyles and we have got much healthier and very balanced. This commitment is for the rest of our lives and we have taken on a responsibility that will give us passion and drive us into the future along side this beautiful breed. We owe everything to our Malamutes for choosing a road that has helped us live and respect mother nature.
The Beautiful Mya (Cherdene Rummy or Bust
Shadow had the pleasure in working with Northern Ireland's top photographer Paula O'Hara, make up artists, hair stylists and the beautiful Nikita.

Grove vets based in Ballymena have been part of our team since day one, learning our breed with us has not only giving us trust but also gives them the experience to understand and manage our team's health.
With the Kennel Club we are up to date with everything that makes us assured breeders and confident guardians of the breed.
Earslwood vets based in Belfast are the only people in Ireland that we trust with our dogs eye tests and hip scores. State of the art x-ray equipment that the British Veterinary Association's panel can read and assess the Alaskan Malamute's hips.
